If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new Life360 hardware device (Life360 Pet GPS, Tile, or Labels) (a “Product”), you can request a return for a refund within 30 days after your delivery. Life360’s Hardware Return Policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty. This Hardware Return Policy allows the original retail purchaser of the Product to return all Products purchased in the original transaction, in their original condition, with the original receipt and packaging, within 30 days of the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser and Life360 will provide a full refund of the original purchase price (and shipping costs if the order is within the 14 day cooling off window and the purchaser lives in the UK). Please note that this policy applies only to Products you purchase directly from Life360. This is in addition to any statutory legal rights you may have, including your rights under the 2 year hardware Warranty for E.U. & U.K. referred to in the Limited Warranty, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for Products purchased in Australia, and your rights under applicable consumer law in New Zealand, and your rights under applicable consumer law in Canada, referred to in the Limited Warranty.
If your Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Life360 reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Life360’s sole discretion. Life360 is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
