Identify Theft Protection is available to Gold and Platinum members in the U.S. and Canada.
Life360 provides Identity Theft Protection in partnership with IdentityForce, an industry leader with over 40 years of experience.
IdentityForce credit monitoring services are available for everyone in a Life360 Circle subscribed under a current Platinum plan membership.
Benefits of Identity Theft Protection include:
- ID Theft Restoration: If you are a victim of identity theft, our specialists will gather your information and walk you through the steps to restore your identity and complete any necessary paperwork over the phone.
- ID Theft Coverage: One of our specialists will walk you through how to submit a stolen funds reimbursement claim. If your reimbursement claim is successful, it will be mailed to you as a check.
To access these benefits, members should go to the Safety tab in the Life360 app and tap on the Identity Theft Protection row, which will lead to a screen with a call button for Gold and Platinum members to reach Identity Theft restoration specialists.
Reimbursement Coverage
Platinum Membership: $1,000,000 per Circle member per year
Platinum coverage up to $1,000,000 includes reimbursement of stolen bank funds and out-of-pocket expenses related to ID Theft under the following limits:
Gold Membership: $25,000 per Circle member per year
Covers up to a total of $25,000. This plan covers out-of-pocket expenses related to ID Theft (does not include stolen bank funds. The same limits apply to the out-of-pocket expenses as listed above.)
